The Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre is a vibrant, non-profit community gallery, maintained by the Revelstoke Visual Arts Society Mission, which exists to exhibit, educate, interpret, preserve, and foster the visual, artistic and cultural heritage of the city, the region, the province and the nation. Also known as the Revelstoke Art Gallery, its location was previously the police station, so local artists have repurposed prison cells into art studios where they make jewelry, pottery, and other arts and crafts.
