Web Designer (Part-Time)

Revy Web Design is on the search for a part-time WordPress web designer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision of supporting the local community.

We love to work with businesses from all different industries within the Kootenays, from the art galleries and museums, to outdoor tour operators, to potters and beekeepers!

This job is ideal for you if:

  • You are already experienced with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
  • You currently live in the Kootenays, can legally work here, and want to make it your long-term home.
  • You would like to work from home and choose your own work schedule with the freedom to enjoy your local community.
  • Work-life balance is important to you (yeh, burnout isn’t fun).
  • You have a tenacious mindset and an eye for elegant design.
  • You’d like to work with a fun team with a happy and healthy culture and can handle my (lack of) British humour.

Small Print:

  • This is a part-time employed position. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Immediate start.
  • Hours can vary from 10-15 per week, increasing with experience.
  • Hourly rate starts at $24 per hour, subject to annual review. Revy Web Design is proud to be a Certified Living Wage Employer.
  • Rate is negotiable for those with existing experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • You are responsible for providing your own computer and a fast internet connection.

  • You would like to work from home and choose your own work schedule where you have the freedom to enjoy the Revelstoke lifestyle.

  • You have a tenacious mindset and an eye for elegant design.
  • You’d like to work with a fun team with a happy and healthy culture and can handle my British humour.
 

This job is NOT ideal for you if:

  • You are computer illiterate.
  • You are a lone wolf who doesn’t appreciate the value of collaboration.
  • You don’t have a computer.
  • You’re planning on moving away.
